Refreshing, and great for long runs
I have been drinking Clif Hydration mix for all my long runs this year and I am really satisfied. The flavor is really refreshing on the run and does not have any of that syrupy sugary taste of some of the other sports drinks. Also easy to digest and feel the effects just 5-10 minutes after.
