Works great, especially over time, have taken this for several months on subscribe. Took a bit to notice a difference, but once the shift in gut was more evident, I knew it was working. Super happy with this, have tried others and sticking to this one.

TMI: This is the only probiotic that doesn’t give me gas or crazy BM’s. I’m really sensitive to probiotics and this one I can take every night with no issues. I can also tell it helps with my digestion.

This is purely an individual product. It is the best probiotic that I have used. I would suggest you buy a bottle and try it to see how it works for you.

This one’s pretty good. I would use it with bacillus subtilis HU 58, so then you get two strains. I really hope I am doing the right thing and these don’t take over crowding out acidophilus and bifido strains.
