I was looking for a long time a tippet that didn't break when I have a nice trout. I try a lot of other and this one is the best. I will buy more of this product. If you are angy to loose nice trout breaking your line. Try this one you will be not desappointed.

I am an experienced fly fisherman and trust me, Powerflex Plus is the real deal. I fish some of the most demanding technical trout waters (Upper Delaware system) in the country and this tippet material has not let me down. I felt compelled to write this after reading the one commenter who claimed that after 30 minutes in the water, PF+ tippet material became brittle. This is a patently absurd claim which probably is why Rio ignored such a nonsensical complaint. The only reason I spotted this is because I came back to order more 6X as I have been so impressed by the increased strength and durability over the original Powerflex material.
