Before Covid I went to the gym for weight training. But because of the crisis I had to find ways how to do it at home without all the big heavy equipment. I came across this item and thought I'd give it a try. Very pleased with the purchase. Package has five bands with different weights ranging from 10 to 50 pounds. It came with an instruction brochure with different forms and routines for different body parts. I thought I was going to have to YouTube how to use it but I didn't have to cuz the brochure is already comprehensive enough. It's mechanism is straightforward you just hang the cable holder on the door either on top bottom or even on the side slid where the door closes where the door is attached.Quality is great, well-stitched and band attachments are pretty secure. Comes with a bag so you can keep them neatly stored when not in use. This kit is a must have for people doing weight-training at home.

I have used these bands for about one month and am satisfied with them thus far. No signs of breaking or failure at this early stage. The weight equivalent ratings on the resistance have to be taken with a grain of salt; I estimate the resistance approaches the stated rating when the band is stretched to about twice it’s beginning, relaxed length. That means that, for many exercises as shown in the accompanying diagrams, the resistance will be much lighter than the rating on the band, because those exercises don’t stretch the bands that far. However, I think the weight ratings are not that important or meaningful on an elastic band. A negative is that the material in the straps that run through the handles is very stiff and tends to chafe the sides of the hands. I have not yet tried to soften or wrap those chafing points. Also, the little carabiners that connect the handles to the bands appeared lightweight and I replaced them with larger, stronger ones. That was perhaps not necessary, but the cost of the upgrade was minimal for the additional safety.

After contacting the company I found that the issue was on the part of Amazon’s fulfillment center. The company who had nothing to do with my order fixed the issues and went above and beyond. I am able to pack these and take them with me to keep on my exercise routine while gone. They are very useful. I am glad I contacted the company and appreciate their response to an issue which was not theirs.This was delivered in a clear bag with only the resistance bands and the 8 figure. No box, no guide book, no handles, no ankle weights, no protective sleeve, no water resistant bag and no door anchor. I am very disappointed and will be returning. DO NOT BUY!!! You will not be able to even use the items. I would give it a zero if possible.

I really like that this that comes with a sheet that shows you some exercises. It seems like it would be kind of self-explanatory, but it is great for beginners. These are so much easier to use than free weights. They weigh less, but I feel like I'm still getting a workout. The little bag to keep them in is very handy as well if you want to take them out on a walk or just put them away in your closet when you're done. So far I have been using them individually but I like the idea that I could stack them together if I need more resistance. I hope to work up to the point where I need more resistance.

Nice bands. However, the rubber smells gross all the time and the hooks that it came with are very small and don't seem that heavy.

This a very versatile band set that accommodates a wide variety of different weights. I used them for my shoulder workouts and it’s easy on my rotator cuff after surgery 7 month’s ago. Great s t for beginners and experienced weightlifters.

This set of resistance bands is just perfect & what I was looking for.. the bands seem very thick & not easily torn or broken. The clips that come on the bands are very strong steel type metal & the handles for the bands are very comfortable in my hands even without workout gloves on. I was also happy to see that the door anchor came with a pretty big foam wheel on it so that it cannot move from the door jam at all like others I've gotten before! I highly recommend this set for people looking for a great set at a great price .. the value is amazing on this!
