This is the Soap of Soaps! Why, you may ask? Great scent (choose Favorite or any of their wonderful fragrance options); smooth silky lather; long-lasting soap bar. Yes, I spent $20 for a bar of soap! I have spent $5 to $12 for other fragrances soaps, British, French and Australian, only to find them looking dismal: faded and peeling or separating into layers. Claus Porto soaps maintain their color, shape and fragrance down to the last tiny bit. Worth it!

Preety expensive. You can get one twice the size for $6 more. My mistakes I thought this was the larger size for a good price. The bar last a long time. This is my favorite scent of the claus soaps.

This is a gentle soap and great for sensitive skin. It is mildly scented and lasts a long time since it is French milled.

Beware! For years I have been buying Claus Porto Cerina Marine Bath Soap and have been very pleased. Fewer vendors have offered the soap recently. This is a 5.3 oz (150 gm) bar, NOT the usual 12.4 oz (350 gm) bar. And yet the price is about the same as the larger product. The packaging and the picture are the same.

This is amazing soap. It is packaged beautifully, has a wonderful scent and lasts a long time. I would highly recommend it!

ILove It

This soap WAS my go-to soap for years but I was a little disappointed when I bought my last bar. I bought the 12 oz bar and although it has lasted FOREVER ( like it's supposed to ) the enjoyment I get from bathing with it isn't the same. It doesn't later up as well, I feel it's sticky and leaves a lot of residue, and I just don't feel as clean as do when I used to bath with it. To be COMPLETELY honest I don't know if it's entirely the soap or the fact that the water in my home is hard water cos it definitely feels like it is so I think I will install a low-yield faucet and water softener to my shower and see if that improves the quality at all but as it stands right now the basics about this soap are what it brings to the table. It is moisture-rich, chock-full of good vitamins, minerals and emollients to your skin, is a veritable bargain for what you get, and the scent is delicious ( although it doesn't last. I have never gotten more enjoyment from bathing with a soap bar than I have with Claus Porto Cerina Brise so I will make the necessary adjustments to my shower to see if the problem is what I think it is because I absolutely LOVE this soap! :)
