I purchased this product because it was advertised as containing Creatinol-O-Phosphate, in their marketing copy and as an ingredient on the label as pictured. The product I received had a different ingredient label which did not contain Creatinol-O-Phosphate.Update - response from manufacturer (they still have not updated the marketing copy here):Are apologies. We have updated the formula and It no longer contains that ingredient. You can return the product for a full refund or I can offer you $10 off the product to compensate for the issue. We want you to be 100% satisfied.

SOme of the reviews are a little harsh. I want to be fair. It has a 4 for now only because it contains creatine monohudrate which is not in the description. However, those who complain of the taste should try the old 1MR which worked great but was horrible tasting. The taste here is pretty decent. It has an orange color to it, but i didn’t buy it because of the color, i got it for the ingredients. Beta-alanine is pretty strong so that’s good. Energy is good. I just took the first dose so i will be back to give a full review in a couple weeks. So far, other than the inaccurate description, I’m ok with it.

Wow! Okay so first off this product is great. Works faster then I thought. Hit my like a truck, I've taken dmaa/dmha products before and this with out those ingredients hit me hard (in a good way). This I would say is ment for those stim head who just doesn't wanna waste their dmaa/dmha product, but still want a good pre workout. Once this tub is done. I will order more. And remember just 1/2 scoop for beginners but for a stim junkie go full scoop maybe even a heaping (don't take my advice to literal. Take this product safely) I will for sure tell friends about this

Taste is terrible and no energy or pump at all. I should have known when I seen it on sale from $49.99 to only $18.99.

Not a fan no real kick or tingle needs better ingredients or better quality

I’ve been buying pre work outs for 10 plus years and to be completely honest this is the worst I’ve ever taken. Taste bad , makes you feel like crap and zero pump. Took it 4 times and tossed it to the back of the cabinet.

I read previous reviews before purchasing. I was please to find that I agree with most. The taste is a little off and I'm always shaking up the bottle because the mix doesn't quite dissolve but I WILL DEFINITELY BUY MORE!!! Even recommended this for my co workers

I have tried other brands of pre-workout such as C4 and Pulse, and they have been good products despite their high price.I did some calculations and figured that this is one of the best price/serving ratios. Because of this, I was skeptical but thought I would give it a try.I was not disappointed. The flavor was great and I felt the rush of energy and the tingling feeling that you normally get with these products. My workouts were great and recovery I had no issues with. Mixing it with just water and a spoon resulted in a bit of clumping, but that has been the case with every pre-workout I've tried, so it's not a deal breaker at all. I just shake it up in a water bottle before and there is minimal clumping.This is a cheap product, but it gives you all the benefits of the more expensive pre-workouts with great taste as well. Definitely recommended.
