If you are looking for a high security lock, this is not the lock for you. This is a deterrent to anyone that doesn't want to take the time to remove whatever this is hooked into. For example, the trailer that I have this on has a pin to hold the wheel in place. If you remove the pin and wheel, you can load my trailer onto another and drive away. For my purposes (trailer, log splitter, chipper/shredder, this is an excellent, well made device that has the capability to adapt to a variety of different size tires. It is light weight and easy to use. The keys are not easily duplicated so make sure you keep the spare somewhere that you can easily remember. Definitely worth the price for this type of lock.

Very light-weight, which is both good & bad. Good -very light, maneuverable, easily stowed, put in place& removed. Bad - (minor) - Looks like stamped / bent & curved heavy gage sheet metal.Locks are a little tricky, & installing / locking seems to work best if two halves are separated, put in place, then reconnected with inside ‘points’ inside tire, snugged, then lock shaft pushed into closest hole (by sliding halves in/out - narrower or wider around tire) while pushing in on the lock (button).Works well, in conjunction with tongue lock, chains, etc, to deter or slow down would-be thieves. Not sure how it would stand up to serious thieves.

Well I don't know what would happen if you got after one with a 12 pound hammer but the opportunistic thief is going to take one look and pass. I think it would take some time and be a little noisey for the average bad guy to defeat one of these wheel locks. I am happy with the purchase.

Got a new (older) trailer and wanted to secure it till we figure out where to store it. They are very easy to install, and feel sturdy. The color kinda says if you want me, you will have to work for it. They fit my 255r75/15 well even with the chucks. Good color as a deterrent. I'm kinda confused why I need 8 keys for them, but you never know.

Purchased this to secure our riding lawn mower. It works great on the larger rear wheels. Like the bright color which hopefully will deter any potential thief. Very easy to put on and take off. Construction is solid and heavy duty. The key is a weird shape, probably cannot get a replacement from your typical hardware store but fortunately they provide three keys so you have backups if you lose one.

1.5 yrs ago I bought a four wheeler that was stolen off my property about 6 months later. Reluctantly, I have now bought a new four wheeler and came across this product for added security. I have added cameras around my property since then too. This product is very light weight, sturdy, very colorful and noticeable, and fits perfectly! I read several reviews before I bought it, and I am looking forward to seeing if its performance lasts as long as others have stated! So far it’s an excellent purchase!

I bought this wheel clamp lock for my John Deere 1025R. While its not wide enough for the real tire it does fit the front tire at a slight angle. Wheel lock is easy to use and seems to of good quality. In comparing this to the local do it yourself box store retailer i found them to be of the same built and weight, however the box store was 2X the price. Only issue is with the Key. It seems a bit flimsy and a hassle to put in the lock if you don't have the best point of view.Overall a good buy.
