Perhaps you will not immediately feel the work of this supplement, or perhaps you will not feel it at all. But it will be in you and will work for you and for you. I liked that this supplement has no added flavor. It dissolves well in my favorite juice at room temperature. For the review, I specially dissolved it in water. As you can see, the water has not changed color, there is neither smell nor taste, and most importantly, there is no sediment (see photo). I got this supplement for my son to use after his workouts for muscle recovery. Since starting high school, his physical activity has greatly ramped up with the weightlifting class he takes at school every day, 5 days a week. Then a few weeks ago, conditioning started for lacrosse and he's got 2 days of physical conditioning and 2 days of additional weightlifting. Needless to say, he's absolutely exhausted and his muscles are fatigued. I did research to figure out what was the safest and most effective supplement for a teenage boy to use. I got him creatine monohydrate for pre-workout and then this for post-workout. I chose the same brand for both. It's important to me that he takes products that are exactly what they say they are without a bunch of filler junk in them. He's been using this for around 2 weeks and said that he's noticed his muscles don't hurt as much or for as long as before starting the supplements. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that there is a funky aftertaste, especially when mixed with water. It says it's flavorless, which I guess is true, but the taste once you're done drinking is not the most pleasant. To help mask the aftertaste, he's been mixing it with almond milk and chocolate protein powder, in the blender. He absolutely loves it and we'll definitely keep buying it.

As I have always been a fan of Glutamine I found myself recently running low on the stuff. I have heard of Performix supplements and have recently picked up their Creatine and this Glutamine products. Just like the Creatine this supplement is also a very high quality powder and mixes easily into any liquid. There are a few trusted supplements on the market that have decades of scientific research backing them up and this is one of those supplements.The price point for this product also is properly valued for its price per serving when compared other high quality brands. I have yet to find fault with this product and recommend for those who are looking for support with muscle recovery after extensive workouts.

This is as simple as it gets - if you want to get Glutamine without additional supplements that you may not need and not looking for and also don't want artificial flavors or colors, this product delivers. Each serving provides 5g of L-Glutamine. The powder is white and it mixes in water very easily without clumping. Glutamine is great for muscle growth and repair so I only take it after a weight training workout. The product is actually what it advertises to be - Glutamine. I love that it does not have any other ingredients. The only downside is the taste. I wish that I could say that it was totally flavorless, but it does have a bit of bad taste, which is why I knocked it down to 4 stars.

I ordered this product as a post-workout supplement. I train Muay Thai, run and lift weights and recovery and results are very important to me. I usually sip on BCAA while I work out, but still feel depleted post-workout and have started supplementing L-glutamine after my workouts. Since adding L-glutamine on a consistent basis, I have noticed more muscle definition in my arms and legs. I have tried various L-glutamine products and this one holds up.

This is a very cost effective way of getting glutamine, with no extra ingredients. It has no added flavor, but that doesn't mean it's flavorless.It's a little bitter, and it doesn't dissolve well. I don't like mixing it in a clear drink. It does much better in a smoothie - I prefer a fruit smothie or a chocolate shake (chocolate protein powder). You won't notice it - 5 grams is a full serving, which isn't much at all. No scoop is included, its basically a heaping teaspoon.

This brand has been hit or miss for me but this is a hit. The products have always worked but I feel that they never taste good or they have after effects. One thing I don't like about this powder is that it doesn't mix the best of use a shaker but if use a blender like I do it mixes great. It also is flavour list but it does have a chalky aftertaste that it gives your drink. Otherwise it's a very good price for a very good product and I would recommend it.

This is a single-component supplement and if the product in the container matches then information on the outside of the container then there are no surprises.If you are looking for glutamine powder, I would look for the cheapest option because there shouldn't be much difference from one brand to the next. If the price is right at the time of purchase then I recommend this product.
