You get what you pay for....not recommended.
Let me preface by saying that I think this is worth two stars, but I gave it an extra star because I believe there is enough material here to pass the exam if you are disciplined enough to study this every day, and the multiple choice question and simulations are challenging and harder than what I saw on the actual exam.It was boring. It was tedious. There were numerous mistakes. The writer is an academic that doesn't understand how to present the material in a manner that is understandable. If you are looking for a cheap source for multiple choice questions, then this is a good buy, but you are better off buying the test bank for $150 which presents the questions in the same format as you see on the exam rather than pen and paper.Overall, if you are a working professional, there are other options out there that focus on the material that you need to know for the exam and present it in aa way that is easier to absorb. I won't recommend one, but the one I ended up using after discarding this book features a very flamboyant instructor that likes to use mnemonics.....

Many errors, someone forgot to proof read and double check their numbers!
This book has many errors in it, I will attach some pictures of a few I have found so far and I have only reviewed a few chapters. I am glad I got the book, so I would know of their quality problems and didn't make the mistake of purchasing their expensive CPA prep software! Also, the chapter info does not include important information that is then in the chapter questions. The questions in the end of the chapter site all sorts of rules and regulations that are directly applicable to the material being taught in the chapter but that was not included in any of the chapter materials. The directly applicable rules and regulations should be gone over in the chapter in addition to being included in the chapter questions.

Can't beat the price, has everything you need to know to pass if you have the discipline to read through it.
The FAR book in this series did have several errors, but with 1300 pages being updated every year that is to be expected. Most of what I noticed was typo's. And extra 0 in one of the answers. It said the answer was C. $50 but $50 was option B. Nothing that was terribly confusing. And I did pass on the first try with a 90 for about 2% of the price of the most popular exam prep material. (Seriously, the competition for this costs $3300.)

It's like no one proof read this thing
50 pages in and I've already spotted 2 typos. It's like no one proof read this thing.EDIT:Revising my original review from 2 stars to 1 star. 76 pages in and I've already spotted 3 mistakes. 1 example that is improperly formatted and 1 question that is also improperly displayed where the alignment of the numbers is off, which is kind of a big deal in accounting.

Great study source.
Love this study guide. I work through this book and actually retain lots of information. It is difficult to practice the simulations when it's printed text so I have to print copies and work through them as practice. I wish there was a way that the book broke out lessons into even smaller bite size modules.

Buy a becker
For someone who has been auditing for 7+ yrs, this Wiley is rediculously detailed. Its almost 3 times thicker compared to a becker. Alot of pointless sections such as accrual to cash conversions which never get tested. Save yourself a headache and buy a used becker.

Very detailed book as compared to Becker. It's much more reading which may be a bad thing? But overall for the price of the book you definitely get your money's worth.
