Ladies I can definitely say i was pleasantly surprised it arrived bubble wrapped without any defects. I took out of the box and checked everything. The colors are vibrant and classy teal gray black nice combo L♡vvvv it. Sleek, sturdy, and the thick rubber is nicely placed on top, its functionality provides diverse aerobic deck positions for the entire body , and the seat has all exact degrees described for sitting, incline and decline with bands and other exercises you choose. The storage underneath seat is awesome for my resistance bands. I enjoyed the instruction book along with ideas for diff parts body use with resistance bands. Combine all this and now I'm super excited to start my newest journey with this multifunctional aerobic deck. it was a blast at the gym to use but there something AMAZING when you own your own gym equipment ♡ The weight is easy to transport ( carry it in middle safer to balance) and stores conveniently under things or against the wall. Today will try legs glutescardio with Transform it Strong i learned from Crunch - that too is phenomenal gym🏋️‍♀️ . I can only speak to the ladies since, 2020 I was overweight in late 40's so i made a decision to slowly build my own gym in garage 💪 but with heat/cold in 2024 i gave up a room bring a mini version gym inside house. Plus add You tube mirror streaming, Smart tv and dvr's etc This is my BEST life with the convenience & satisfaction of this gym equipment to add in my daily routines now. I have used many home workout benches over the years, and this one is far superior to all the others. It is so sturdy and easy to transform from one position to the next. Plus, it comes fully assembled. Well worth the money!!!

This product is made of good quality materials. Its very sturdy and of medium-to-heavy weight (refer to details in description for exact weight ). Perfect size for a small space gym. They give you one medium starter resistance band that wasn’t effective for me in all the workout positions). But, you can always buy more that suits your needs. The price was much cheaper than their big named brand competitor, so was glad this design was not exclusive to just one company! Glad I finally decided to buy it!

I didn't expect to be able to use this on carpet, but it is sturdy. No problem doing step ups.

I gifted this to myself for Christmas this year and couldn't be happier! Not only is this great for step aerobics, but when the height booster is in place, it's a perfect elevation for other workouts. The adjustable back is great for working out the chest and arms. You can use dumbbells or bands, and if you do decide to use bands, there are little grooves to hold the bands in place. What's a huge plus is the storage area where you can store your bands and/or small dumbells. After my workout, I break it down (take it to its lowest height) and slide it under my bed.
