So easy to snap together: just choose the appropriate adapter piece and an led strip and then insert the prongs into the obvious holes and if they don’t push easily closed you simply flip it around 180 degrees and re-insert the prongs and they will push together easily and will close flush. Then replace your old bulb and remove the backing from the adhesive strip behind the led strip and fix it into place how you want it. Please be very careful not to let anything (such as the plastic light covers) come into contact with the bulbs. Also, you probably want to limit the amount of time you keep these lights on for. A bit nerve-wracking, but they are amazingly bright!

I used the festoon option, so this review is based only on that.installed into interior map lighting in 07 AvalancheThe diameter of the festoon ends are slightly smaller than an oem festoon build. the result is a poor connection. the solution is quite simple.using a pair of needle nose pliers pinch the metal tabs of the festoon socket together, slightly though don't apeman the socket.doing this will snug the festoon plug adapter and prevent flicker from a poor contact situation.the lights are bright, easy to install, in-expensive.I will be purchasing another set for the original reason I wanted them.

I bought these for a different purpose, and they were marginal for that. I had extras, so I thought why not install them in the truck? These are a ridiculous design. I have the double ended type interior bulbs and they won't stay in place - once you try to put the lens back on, the contacts just popped out. They are not as bright as the existing halogen bulbs, so there really is no point.

I installed these LEDs in my Ram 1500 crew cab. I give these a 5/5 for ease of installation although my installation process was much harder because I had to cut the connections from the light and solder them to the factory light harness in my truck. The adhesive is good I stuck them to the housing and they have held up well so far. The interior is black and these lights really help to illumine the cab of the truck. You can see the difference in the factory bulbs under the footwell which have a yellowish tint and the LEDs which have a bright white light output

So I used these LEDs to replace the stock map lights on my 2016 Ram 1500 and I have to say, it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. The hardest part was getting the map lighting console out of the truck. The stock lights began to flicker and thus, I wanted to change them without having to replace the entire console as that is more expensive and that is the only way multiple people told me was to fix the issue. Anyway, I am happy to report that these lights work wonderfully! They're bright and add a nice clean look to the interior. Now to tackle the dome light....

I want to give these more. I do. They are insanely bright. Like too much bright. But the quality reflects the price and I got bad leds over time. Now one panel is just dead and alot of individuals or dead to.They should have included some double sided tape as well and protected the contacts on the back of the panel.For the 10 bucks or so. They do work. And are intense. But there's no longevity here

I installed a few of these in the car doors, as courtesy lights, and also in the footwell.They have been there for over almost a year, not a single one failed, overheated or caused any issues.

I really started off liking these lights. They are super bright I bought the 6x3 (18 leds). But after only 5 weeks one set I used for the left map light only had 15 leds still working and the unit on the left side map light location only had 3 leds working out of 18. I guess you get what you pay for. Was worth a try but I will be looking for something different to replace them again.

If you are looking for blue dome light replacement for 2016-2019 civic this is the winner ( one the front, two for the back and one for trunk). It is so bright that when you open the door the light beams out to outside. Be aware that it is tight fit. This light also fits trunk light with littlemodification that requires shaving led board in one end of 1/8. I have it in 2016 civic EX 2liter and 2019 civic EX 2liter.

Very disappointed, was a painful install in my console...and now half of the leds on one panel flicker and sometimes don’t work at all. Now I have to go through process of taking down my ceiling console to replace them with another product which I still need to find, what a big waste of time. These are poor quality, only had them on for 2 months with pretty minimal use, leds should never fail so early.

The sticky pads could be better..but for the price they work good..not too blue of a light and not eye burning bright in my Hyundai interior lenses. Easy install just wish the pads stuck better (out if 6 bulbs installed I only have issue with 1 unsticking.) Easy fix but still have to fix

Thought I'd try these as led seems to be the way to go . I found the wedge connectors were too sloppy and the wire contacts seem to move too much . The straight dome light connectors seem to work well and the light is much better than the old bulbs . Sometimes in the fixture there isn't enough room for all the wiring and having the light point the right way .
