I am a 57 year old male. I train on average 10 hrs per week for triathlon. Before buying any supplements I complete due diligence so I know they are well made, there are no fillers or unneccessary, unhealthy ingredients and as a consequence I am a big fan of LLS.I have taken multiple different products from LLS and will continue to use them. There delivery is fast and efficient. Their customer service is excellent. I recently questioned why one of thier products would be useful for me. I got a rapid and informed reply.I have been taking the Creapure for some time now. I take 2-3 capsules per day whether I'm training or not. If I have two challenging session a day I may take a further capsule before the 2nd session. I find my energy levels are nearly always good and I feel I recover very well [for my age:)]It's important for to say I have used Creatine before but every time I didn't get on with it as it caused me stomach issues. Occasionally i have occasionally had the same issues with Creapure but I've worked out that ifI don't take it with coffee and always with a little food everything is good.The best allocade I can give Creapure is I will be ordering some more once my present supply has run out.I highly recommend LLS for all your health supplements.

I like this creatine.. i take it every day, regardless if i work out or not, but when i do work out i feel that it gives me a little extra pump..

Very good quality

I’ve noticed a real boost in my strength and endurance since I started taking creatine. It mixes well with water or shakes and has no taste. Great for supporting muscle recovery and performance. Definitely a must-have in my workout routine.

Not sure about these, not had the same response as with some previous I had from a different make. Also made me a little windy - could be just me or a specific filler in them but not used the second bottle I bought (bought two).

I've been using various supplements from a number of different countries for over a decade. I have never found a company that does such consistently high-quality and good-value products as LLS. The Creapure is a great creatine supplement, in tablet form it is much easier to consumer than powder which always tastes horrible. Follow their dosage and you wont go wrong. Creapure is also a very high-quality form of creatine, there is a lot of rubbish quality creatine on the market to avoid!Another great product from a great company.
