Prime-Line G 3106 7/16 In. Steel Sliding Window Roller Assembly, fits Krestmark (2 Pack)

I got these rollers (two per package) to replace cracked ones on old aluminum Krestmark sliding windows. The problem is that the Krestmark originals, as well as these replacements tend to crack if you "bounce" the windows at all in the track when opening them. To avoid this, keep the track and these rollers lubricated with WD-40 or similar spray lube, and don't jerk on the windows (using two hands to slowly pull them along the track). If they made the roller frame out of metal, this wouldn't be a problem, but i guess that is too much to ask these days.

Box came already opened, and inside only the plastic roller was the right, came with smaller metal wheels that do not even attach to the plastic part. There is no way to make it work. I need the appropriate “as advertised” product.

This roller assembly was an identical replacement for my 30 year old sliding windows. Windows now work like new. My windows are Krestmark brand windows. I was delighted to find this widow piece part.

Could not find these anywhere but here on Amazon. Needed replacements for 30+ windows. The plastic breaks apart over-time, which is expected. When they are new they work extremely well. Make sure to lubricate the track a few times per year. Wish I could find something more durable in the same size.

So I bought this sliding roller set cheap($1) on Amazon. I guess It was an open return previously and I just want to test the fit before I splash out on 5 packets at $7 a piece. Opened the amazon box, right packaging with the wrong product inside! There really are some cheap people out their! I can't be bothered with the return. I just find it amazing what people do to get stuff on the cheap and how it affects people down the line. I do not blame Amazon😂Update: the last photo is what it should have been!

Received it. It fit. Window slides easily now. Will probably by more for other windows. The Amazon envelope it came in was way too big.

Perfect fit for my window. Replaced some broken rollers. My window works perfectly now!

fit in great, had to sand a little off the edges but might be because the windows were old. perfect replacement and alot less than anybody else. definitely put new life into the windows
