Great gratitude journal
This gratitude journal is a great way to end my day on a positive note. The prompts are thought provoking and over time help increase my positivity. I like that that prompts are short and easy to do, but different on each page.

Love It
I used to write gratitude notes in my phone every now and then when it would come to mind. Having this book is so much better. The prompts are great and make me think about various aspects in life and find something I’m grateful for. There have been a few times where I really had to stop and think to try and formulate an answer - but I always find something. It’s already leaving the lasting impression that there is always something positive in my life. I leave it on my nightstand with a pen clipped to it. When I lay down to go to bed, I take a few minutes and complete a page. Then I reflect on it for a moment, and go to sleep. I noticed today that I carried some of that gratefulness into the next day. It felt like I had a little more space in my mind to breathe.To the author - thank you very much, and well executed. The idea of just a few prompts and roughly 5 minutes of “work” is a fantastic one. It’s just enough to be thought provoking, but not so much that it seems like a chore. Feeling the results of these 5 minute entries has motivated me to go deeper into my own journey.It makes for a great gift too! I bought another one for that very reason. Peace and love!

VERY HELPFUL BUT....
The media could not be loaded. Got my delivery on time. I just started my first prompt and the pages are starting to tear. I don't mind since the content is more beneficial than the looks. Also, it's printed nicely and paper is thick. Thicker than paperback book pages. Hope this helps.

The 5-minute gratitude journal
This little gratitude book is fantastic! For such a small price, it’s an absolute steal. I really appreciate the thoughtful prompts—each day offers a different set of statements that truly make me reflect. I love writing in it. Often, after I finish the day’s entry, I feel so inspired that I continue journaling in more detail on my own. It’s a great tool for personal growth. I really hope the author creates a 2.0 version. Meaningful journal - great gift for newbies
Item was for a gift. It’s a fantastic journal for first time journalists because since it asks you questions on its own, it’s not soo hard to start. It elevates questions you might have not thought about asking yourself and creativity in your thoughts. Rather than.. “this is what I did today…not sure about this..excited for this..” it’s more deep questions that will inspire to think deeper and more meaningful entries. —one star off because the packaging wasn’t too great, it must have flip flopped around in the box because the corner was smushed but because the bday party was too soon, I didn’t have time to return and get another one. I would have really liked to though. :)

Different prompts for everyday!
I’m new to intentionally practicing gratitude and was drawn to this because I noticed the prompts on each page were different. This is now something I look forward to each morning. Highly recommend.
