Gift for my daughter for mother's day. Absolutely loved it. The chain could be a little less delicate. Overall very satisfied.

I purchased this piece and it fell apart less than a year. I tried reaching out to the company. They gave me the run around and said they were not responsible. They insisted that I must have done something to it. Amazon also did nothing about this. So please do not waste your money it will fall apart. Terrible terrible company and products.

I got this as a gift and she loves it. The only thing she wishes was that the gold chain was a bit thicker.

Chain was broken

Bought this necklace on a different website because it’s beautiful. Symbols started falling off around a month later. One year later the top and bottom pieces came off the stone and I super glued the top part to the stone to at least keep that. The symbols are only glued on. They’re not engraved so expect them to fall off. The chain is thin also.

The necklace it self is absolutely beautiful. I had the necklace for less than a week & the characters on the front of the necklace came “un-glued”. Now being I paid over $200 for this necklace you’d think the gold characters would be secured to the necklace with something other than what seems to be just basic glue. It sucks because I purchased the necklace for the meaning behind the characters that where on it & it’s just very disheartening to not have them on the necklace anymore. I mean if you adore jade (which I do) there’s nothing wrong with the characters not being on it, but like I said the whole reason why I purchased the piece was for the meaning behind the characters.
