It is substantial plastic and the grids are very helpful for cutting templates.

The material is heavier than others I’ve bought, I like that
It came in a ridiculously large box, and was slightly damaged. The outer box was fine, so it was already damaged when it it was put in the box for shipping. Not good business. But it can still be used.

Large size template material for quilting or other needed
Item is Flexible and thin enough to cut but sturdy enough to trace around. I needed something in the largest size to trim to standardized quilt blocks before assembling my quilt top. I used relational tape to mark my defined size but resize later. Worked for what I needed.

Returned- Very thin material
Returned two items and was refunded for only one item. Quality was not what I expected, very thin material.
