Jamie Raquel File Tote - Ruby

This works perfectly for me for sorting mail. I used to have stacks of papers and unopened mail and could never find anything when I needed it. No more. Now I have folders for Bills to Pay, Calls to Make, etc., etc., and I sit down with the Tote and the waste basket and easily go through the mail. Saves me a lot of time and frustration. Anything that I can take care of quickly goes into my Quick Action file and when I have a minute I grab it and knock out all the pesky things that used to get lost under piles of paper. Once action has been taken, the paper is removed and shredded, tossed or stored in my file cabinet. The handles are sturdy so it's easy to carry from my favorite chair in the living room to my office. I love the color and it's way more attractive than a plastic file box. What a lifesaver! I've been thinking about getting another one just for organizing medical stuff like lab results, doctors' notes, RX receipts, dental procedures, vet bills, etc. It's so great for separating frequently accessed papers into meaningful categories and it's so attractive it can be left out even when company is coming! This tote was one of my best finds! I needed a tote that could keep my papers and files nice as I transported them to and from work, home, remote office, etc. And I also needed it to be big enough to hold my iPad, personal notebooks, etc. I also wanted something attractive-looking and on the feminine side. This tote does it all. It has strong hanging file folder bars on the sides, which is perfect for holding my folders. Its heavy-duty design can stand a beating while still looking sharp. And it came with the hanging folders and labels and plastic tags, which was a very nice surprise. I would recommend this tote to anyone who needs to transport papers as well as other office items, that doesn't want to have multiple bags on their arms. The handles are nice and sturdy, and the strap that goes over the top and snaps is strong - perfect for keeping little fingers out. I use this file tote to transport files to our bookkeeper. I was tired of the accordion files that were forever tipping over as I was filling them. This file box isn't going anywhere. Super stable and large enough to easily slide my weekly bills and such into without fuss. I would say it can easily hold 2 dozen hanging files or more.There is no top to it, no cover, so if that's important to you, be aware. Also, with stability comes weight. This thing is pretty heavy, but I can use the arm exercise.Lastly, it is a little pricey, but it's a great looking carrier, seems very well made, and meets my needs.

Notice that it weighs 4 pounds and that is before loading your papers, ipad, phone, stamps, three ring checkbook. I am on a board of directors and handle financial reports and it has helped me to keep everything in one place. With hanging files and labels it is easier for me to locate things rather than sifting through a briefcase. I have found it a little awkward to carry as it is deep and the weight adds a factor for me as a petite woman. I do wish the pockets on the inside wall were a bit deeper. I am using one for our endorsement stamp for checks and the ink pad in the other and it is so tight it is hard to get out but things like paper clips, pens etc., would be fine.

I would have given it a 5 star review but the shipping was iffy. I could never find tracking. It kept saying the seller has the tracking. It was a bumpy road to get it.

Highly recommended. This is my daily working file.Keeps my front hall and kitchen tables clear of incoming mail. When the mail arrives I place it in the labled file ....bills, magazines etc, Go through it once a week (pay the bills ) or whatever action is required. AND File the receipts later in the master file in my home office. There are pockets for pens stamps,and a check book. I even managed to place a calculator in one of the pockets . Another plus of this Tote ..I can carry it anywhere I care to work around the house. I love it . Thank You Jamie Raquel for such a well designed and colorful FILE TOTE!!

Jamie Raquel does a great job with design on this. I've gotten several compliments on the file box as far as the aesthetics, but I personally love the functionality of it all! Our office is in the basement and it helps me keep lose papers organized without running down there everytime I find one! It also allows me to take my mini office with me wherever I go! I should add it is very sturdy and the quality is high as well!I highly recommend this to anyone who is on a mission to get or stay organized!

The shipping on this item was very fast I ordered this item on Wednesday and received it on Thursday. The packaging was great and it's beautiful. I got green and it was the exact color depicted on the pictures it came with the files and tabs I'm definitely going to be ordering to more for my fam members
