Interesting culinary item, versatile and easy to digest. Truffles are different from mushrooms. Truffles grow by trees while mushrooms grow where there is rott. Thanks!!

Delish
Put a teaspoon full into your pasta sauce, adds a really nice taste.Only drawback is, its use by date is only 28 days from opening the jar.I shared it with my neighbour.

Too oily
There is flavour, no doubt, but the product is far too oily and runny to use for bruschetta . Can be used as extra flavouring in many dishes, but not as appetiser. No worth the price in my opinion, and not buying again.
