My new used (2017) FIAT 500 pop needed this. I live in a state where it is illegal to not have a front plate in addition to a rear plate. No way we're drilling holes into the FIAT so I saw this and figured we have to give it a try. I'm not sure it was exactly easy in attach; it took my husband an hour, but other things got in the way. In the end, though, it's attached and it's centered and it works! Worth it.

The threaded component of this plate mound did not match the receiving end and it stripped the first time I tried to use it. I certainly recommend buying another plate mount and not this one.

I got this because my state requires a front plate. I didn't want to drill any holes in my Abarth so I bought this and mounted it in the center of the grill. You can mount it high or low, whatever your preference. It looks good and was easy to install.

It was easy to install but required a bit of fiddling with due to the metal being so cheap. Ive never had a screw crossthread so easily in my life. Its like the material for the bolt receiver was made of soap or cheese. Either that or it came crossthreaded because i never felt resistance once while putting in one of the bolts. Just keeps spinning and spinning loosely, and I was super careful not to start the thread crossed. Resolved the issue with some gorilla glue to fill the bolt receiver and it has stayed tight since then though. Once you get it to stay securely it looks better than a framed mount or one you drill into the bumper.

This seems to be a very well made/sturdy product. Disappointed that there are no installation instructions provided.

I moved to a state that requires two license plates, front and back. I didn't want to drill holes in my beloved Fiat 500 (2013) and this did the trick.
