Great product with wonderful customer support. Initial font didn’t work with address and the company quickly provided an even better alternative.

When I receive this embosser, one of the plates had come unglued so I had to try to line it up to make it work. Some of the numbers look like blobs so there's no way this would work to emboss a return address like I had intended. When I contacted the seller they had me send some pictures and then replied that it looks legible to them and they won't resolve the problem. What a waste of money!

I ordered it to personalize stationary and envelopes. I wish I had ordered one with the same font on all three lines. It’s very nice but I liked the style better looking at the sample page.It is very nice. Now I want to get one with just my first and last name, to personalize my own note cards.The service was excellent and it arrived in a timely manner. Very pleased with this purchase. Thank you!

This stamp is a sturdy, well made stamp. It is easy to use and the size looks great on any envelope. I’m very pleased with how this customized product looks and works.

I love the design of our label, unfortunately it is unclear to read due to the right end not being embossed well. We will try to crimp it twice as hard as possible and the plates still don’t provide enough pressure to clearly emboss the entire address.

Not sure why anyone has complaints. I got exactly what I ordered and it works great. If you've never used an embosser before, I do remember thinking the print is pretty small the first time I used one. I wanted something different to identify cards that I hand make. This is perfect. Love it!I'd like to order more plates, but don't see an option to do so without another handle.

Wish I would have listened to the reviews....I just thew away $37.44 on this piece of junk embosser.The font on the address is so tiny you can't even read it...and that's if you get a good impression from the stamp.And if you're wanting to emboss anything heavier than a 20lbs single sheet of paper, this hunk of junk won't do it.Please listen to the reviews and look for a better embosser...this one isn't worth a nickel!

Purchased this with much hope. Handheld mechanism is very sturdy but impression plate is lacking imprint ability. I reinserted to ensure it was put together correctly. It was. Tried different thicknesses of paper to thin cardboard. The plate did not imprint fully in any of the tested papers. The profile seems to be too low. Additionally, it only imprints in the center where some pressure from the mechanism is strongest, yet even weak there as well. I am not sending back as it is personalized. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the housing mechanism itself, not the plate.
