How do I start, this is a big project!!! Took several days to complete it but it is fun for the kids, looks durable and it is easy to put together with the help of the app BILT. My kids enjoy it. Some parts were defective but customer service was always very helpful and attended to my situation at a timely manner. I’m very glad I made this purchase. No more going to the park where it’s open to public, my kids have their own now. Very happy. My kids love the attached play grill and the swings are very sturdy and fun. They also have a microscope to see the stars while being up there. It’s worth the money and good for the ages of my kids. It has different functions and it is very well designed.

It took several people working together to get this done, but it looks great and the kids love it. I will say some of the wood on it seems thin and like it would break easily, some of it split a bit while putting it together

So very disappointed... more than disappointed. The quality of the product is terrible. Wood is thin and brittle like... easily broken. I am so sad because several family members pitched in to buy this as a special gift for our granddaughter thinking we were buying a gift that will last years. It is complicated to put together and has taken a team of people several hours over a few days and we are no where near complete. The complicated setup is secondary to the poor quality product. I wish we would have boxed it up and returned it when we first open it. I am one sad grandma.

This kit is NOT for larger kids. It is all light weight untreated cedar. Overall the kit is well laid out and fitment is good. There is an ample amount of hardware with this kit. There are several bits included with the kit for using an impact driver but a regular phillips bit should be used in the tighter mounting holes.This play set WILL NOT stand up to larger kids. Keep that in mind if you have older and younger kids.A couple of the steps are flawed.- mounting the spiral slide cant be done with the railing slats in place and as a grownup you cannot climb inside to screw in the 18 screws. assemble the spiral slide top flange first onto the main structure then connect the rest of the slide to the flange.- Assemble the roof on the ground because again as an adult you cannot climb into the play structure without risking collapse. I assembled it on the ground and was able to lift it up and my wife was able to guide it into place.Organization- Save some time by laying out the hardware according to type. There are several different types of hardware. Screws, bolts, anchor nuts, lag screws, bolts, washers and brackets. This gets frustrating trying to find the correct numbered hardware with everything just sitting on the table or in the box.Cons:- Paying close to 2000.00 for this seems a bit over priced considering it is only good for kids up to about 100lbs without modification.- Nothing is treated for outdoor use.- Durability.Pros:- The kit was complete with some extra hardware- Most holes were pre drilled- Overall fitment was good- 90% of assembly can be done by one person- Several ways to keep the kids busy

Set is over a year old and is in the California high desert , it is holding up great and has given the grandchildren hours of enjoyment

This thing is great. My grand kids love it. The negative reviews are one star worthy. If you have any mechanical ability at all and a light weight drill-driver, this thing goes together just like it’s suppose to. It’s not hard but takes some time. It’s like putting a big puzzle together. I found the manual was better then the app. As far as sturdy, I had a friend helping me and when I wasn’t looking, he climbed up on the deck to do something. He’s about 230 lb. and not a creak or wobble. Now that I’m done it is very sturdy. I would recommend this product and company.

Will be honest from the beginning it’s takes A lot of assembly work and needs at least 2 people to get the work done. However seeing the kids smiles and happy faces is the best reward for a parent. Kids love it!

The wood is junk. A year later it’s already falling apart all over. We will have to go buy wood and replace most of it. Do not purchase.
