The media could not be loaded. Just got it and there is what looks like old caked on dust and grime where the handle is almost as if someone tried to clean it but did a 1/2 ass job and after turning it on it intermittently makes a whining high pitched noise, I will try and actually use it but initial impressions are that it has internal damage and will need to be returned or replaced
