This is a high quality stainless steel mesh, with a great handle for flipping. Easy to use and clean. Perfect for my portable grill. Flipping it over is very simple as opposed to turning over each piece of what you’re grilling, which makes for even cooking and no need for tongs or burnt fingers. We haven't been able to grill shrimp in a while cause we needed a new cattlegrill. The day we received it we made some shrimp. So good it had been a long time. It said dishwasher safe, so we gave it a try. Didn't do much cleaning in the dishwasher. We ended up cleaning it by hand. Not to bad. It was real easy to use. What I like most is the handle comes off, so it is easier to store. The one we used to have we couldn't take the handle off, and never could find a good place to store it.

I used it to roast sea bass，flatter and thinner fish is easier and faster to cook. Very nice price and quality，removable handle makes the grill rack fit in oven.

I love this fish basket. I bought it just so that I can make a famous grilled fish (butterflied snapper with Chile adobo sauce on one side and salsa verde on the other) that I had in a very popular restaurant in Mexico City. I primarily use it in my oven. It’s very easy to use and convenient and a must have for grilled fish.

Will be good for burgers or something thin, but not for a whole fish like tilapia. Not enough spring in the basket.

We have been using this grill for several weeks now BUT the handle broke this second time we used it. My husband “fixed” it so we could finish dinner.The “fix” completely broke today and we are left with ungrilled veggies.This product is a piece of junk and in hindsight we should have returned it when we could.Don’t waste your money and your time.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to make it easier to cook bulgogi (super thin slices of seasoned beef) on my mini Traeger smoker/grill. 5 and 1/2 minutes per side and the results are outstanding. I used to lose about 15% through the grill grates. Now it's zero. It's so much easier to flip the meat and it doesn't stick. I was able to do two batches back to back no need to clean in between.How did I live this long without it? LOL.
