I thought I would pay forward and write this review. I didn't realize my legs were getting bluish/pink speckles on my legs - where i can see it and it's a little bit inside of my skin. It looks kind of like varicose veins? but faint and smaller. I thought I would use this roller to see if it would break this up and it definitely is doing it. It hurts a bit, but I roll it on my thighs and it gets rid of the spots internally. I've only used it a few times on my legs and it's already disappeared quite a bit. I sit and work, so I'm thinking this is where my veins/blood is clumping together. I bought a bigger wooden massager, but this is the roller that is getting rid of it. My leg is getting clearer. I hope this helps someone. I would highly recommend using this roller on the legs. I also use it on my neck, and it's almost gotten rid of my neck wrinkles as well.

Not the best design, but does what I need. The twin rollers can pinch the skin and pull it, so for effective use only roll one roller on your skin at a time.

.....I'm the problem! This thing is NICE heavy duty quality, easy to handle, easy to clean, it's just lovely!!I AM.....so bad at learning how to use things like this, much less DOING it with any regularity!My hot take would be...if you know how to do this...GET THIS! It's really nice heavy duty metal, rollers roll smoothly, and frankly it's quite pretty.I'm just lazy and that's the only real problem!

Help reduce swelling massage face feels great

These are so great for lymphatic drainage. I focus using on my jawline and neck. They are the perfect size! Only thing is if you leave it laying around you might get questioned on what the heck it is lol. TSA even Searched my bag to figure out what it is lolll. Anyways, I thought I had lost one so I ordered another one just to find out I hadn’t. This however has been great because now I use them at the same time and save time.
