I got these when i went looking for some "slightly better brushes than the get-these-20-brushes-for-£10" variety. Didn't want to fork out £80 for sable hair so decided to give this set a go. These brushes are pretty good, and especially for the money they're a worthwhile purchase.Bristles seem to be holding up well with proper care, so far so good anyway.Only minor gripe I have with them is the smell: the brushes come in a cardboard tube, which is helpful, and inside it they're packaged in this decorative blue fabric pouch which is entirely useless as no one is going to carry brushes around in a fabric sleeve if they have a useful cardboard tube already. And the thing stinks to high heaven. It's as if it's been drenched in a mix of nail polish remover and drain de-clogger. It's vile.That said, get rid of the pouch, leave the brushes in the opened tube for a day and the smell dissipates, leaving you with a rather nice looking set of serviceable brushes for a very good price.

Love these brushes. I've tried all kinds but these excel with everything , from fine lines to broader width. The bristles are soft and well shaped . Strongly recommend 0

Would recommend any mini hobbyist pick up a set of these to use for anything you don't want to ruin a nice brush with. If you can't afford a fancy brush these will also do you just fine, just be careful as the bristles are easily deformed.

I got this has xmas present for my niece that was looking for fine paint brushes. I saw this on Amazon.My niece does the little figures painting so really needed something that cheap brushes the hair come of the brush & you don't want that when doing fine work. The size of the brushes she has every sort that is needed to do the work needed.Very easy to clean and the box you can keep the brushes in. I have tried the brushes myself and i have not done little figures painting for few yrs but the brushes have a great shape that is easy to hold and light weight. I could not believe that for the price you great some of the best brushes i ever used over the years when did warhammer stuff.But the brushes can be used not just for the figures, Can also use for fine lines on pottery, painting canvas, even on the walls of your house.I put up reviews so that people can see that you can get awesome bargain brushes & not pay like over 50/100 in a painting shop. If you look after the brushes i can see them lasting few years depending how much you use them but you will not regret getting them.Enjoy your painting its very relaxing at times till you have the very fine detailing but the brush set is well up for any job that is need.

Love these brushes, been getting some quality detailing done with them. Easy to hold and clean with brush soap. Highly recommend them

I found these brushes way too soft and flexible for my liking, struggled to use them with acrylic or gauche. They were alright when painting watercolour or with ink wash, but you’d be better off buying 2-3 individual brushes.

Bought these for my daughter who uses them in her Year 10 art lessons. She said that her teacher uses the same set so they must be good. Very happy. Cheers
