John Aird Woven Voile Tab Top Curtain Panels - Free Tieback Included (Cream, 60" Wide x 36" Drop)

Just received my second order of curtains from John Aird. I'm so happy with them, the colour is perfect and they look expensive, even though they're not! I will use this company again. Also they deliver by Royal Mail which is a bonus. I cringe when I'm told the delivery company is Hermes or Evri!

Good value for the money. No different than much more expensive ones as I can tell.Very fine and perhaps not exactly as I wanted but I am used to patterned ones on my conservatory doors so I think it's just getting used to them.I also bought tab top because for some reason they are cheaper even though it seems to me more work in the making. What I did do though is cut the tabs off to thread on a thin pole. It might not be for everyone but consider this if budget is tight.Very white and sheer. Good value.

I was initially a bit worried that the grey voile curtains described as silver would be too silvery but they were not. They were exactly what I wanted and ideal to allow enough light in and to look out into the garden but enough to stop the glare of the sun into my office. The price was very reasonable. I ironed them on a cool heat as they had folds from how they had been packaged but that was not a problem. Once I had done this I hung them straight away, and they look great. I would definitely use this company again.

Nice voile for my stairs window comes with tie back but didn’t use it as I have a metal one

The voile panels advertised on the seller Amazon page states they are 60" wide with various drops. I ordered 60" x 48". However, what I actually received was a sealed pack stating the voile panel inside is 58" wide, so the info. given on Amazon is actually wrong. I have contacted the Seller who have advised me that the manufacturer tolerance is up to 6 inches, anything from 57-63 inches. That means the panel can be up to 15.2cm off regardless what the manufacturers' voile pack says. That is equivalent to paying for 2 gallons of petrol but only getting 1.5 gallons instead. If width is imperative, then it's best to look elsewhere for a better, reliable brand and pay more. If not, these panels will suffice. In my case, the 60" that was advertised was the reason why I placed the order but to return them to the seller for refund would put me out of my own pocket for the postage cost which, for a £5.50 panel isn't justified, even though the item was advertised incorrectly and still is. The voile panels are decent quality and pretty looking. May still purchase from this Seller but will check with them first if what they advertise is exactly what they have in stock. My advice would be the Seller correct the description to 58" wide as given on their pack. Just be aware that there are pitfalls to buying anything online. This is one of them.
