Terrible Customer Service
I bought a SOVO sweatshirt and was extremely excited about it. Less than a month later, the led strip started tearing away from the sweatshirt and the light stopped working. I contacted SOVO for a replacement but never got a response. I emailed them again a month later with the same complaint and finally got this response:"Sorry to hear you are not glowing. The tear is due to snagging the light, and is not a warranty item. Each light is sewn directly into the hoodie.The light not working is potentially covered, and we will honor the 30 day warranty on this since you previously contacted us during that time."Due to snagging? If you stand by putting the best quality item out there, the snagging should also be honored due to the poor quality of led lighting you put in your sweatshirt. So the fact that the light went out AND that I contacted you within the 30 days you will replace my sweatshirt.BUT, I have not received my replacement sweatshirt yet. It has been over 30 days since I have sent in the defective sweatshirt. No replacement, No refund, and No response for me asking where my sweatshirt is.Very disappointed with the terrible customer service and quality of sweatshirt.

Can't say enough about this hoodie. A HUGE attention getter and perfect for night time fun whether parties, running around, camping, etc.. Will be ordering more soon!!
