Small on the ears but it does the job, good quality for the price

After 2 days use the connection from the jack to the iPhone converter was breaking intermittently. You could hear pipping sounds where the connection keep being lost. Not good when speaking to patients! Returned

The sound is perfectly fine and works well as a USB headphone. However, the comfort is excruciatingly painful. I understand as they are the cheaper headphones on Amazon, they won’t be the best quality but this leaves my ears stinging and I would highly suggest that you invest in headphones which are more comfortable for you. Not worth the buy.

Easy to use plug and play sound quality is really good light weight good for long use in office

I have purchased this headset to use for my office meetings in the work from home setup. The headset worked fine for a week, even though very tight to the ears. From the second week onwards started causing issues, I can't hear anything during the calls even though the blue lights are on. After try to hold /adjust the usb or move wire a bit then you hear broken conversation, not consistent. I tried switching to the pin, instead of usb. Still no change. I just can't hear in the calls and people can't hear me from other side. Total waste of money, typical cheap Chinese crap!!Now I have to look for another headset !
