A great light for the money that I initially bought for photography.It turns out my wife likes it for makeup, my kids love it for taking crazy pictures of themselves and it's handy for livestreaming too as it's quite.Build quality on the light is great for the price, sure it's plastic but that's to save weight and it's very light in weight which is a good thing.The stand is a little flimsy but having one included at this price is really a bonus.

Worked pretty much straight out of the box .I like the colour temp adjustment and the led brightness adjustment. Two adapters for smart phone and another with a hotshoe .Stand is sturdy enough and the light didn’t get hot to the touch.Prefect product for YouTube, those zoom meetings and my daughter wants to steal it for her makeup!Would recommend, arrived promptly 1day after ordering .

I've had the Godox LR150 for 2 months now and have used it quite a few times. I'm primarily a portrait photographer and I've taken plenty gorgeous headshots using only this light.As to the light itself. It's a convenient size. Big enough for portraits but small enough to be portable.The brightness is easily adjusted as is the warmth which I find even more important.It comes with a light stand which folds up smaller than any other light stand I have, yet is still sturdy. Which is really handy and surprising. The light has a couple of smartphone holders built infor those who want to use it for putting on make up, as well as a usb charging point for their mobile.All in all, a very useful addition to my arsenal of lighting equipment. And one which I'd recommend.

For the light itself I can give 5 stars however I think the light and the stand is not the best match. The seller probably found cheap stands and made a combination with good quality light. Things that you have to consider to get 5 stars. First of all the stand itself is not appropriate for this light because the the stand is light also the screw to hold the light into the stand I don’t think is the proper way. There is no hole to adapt the screw from the light to the stand. I had my old with smaller light and the stand was heavier and more stable I am attaching the pictures. Also the most important thing. When you pay this price for this specific product you should have a bag so you can transfer it. It is must especially if you are selling the light to professionals. Also you should consider to add description paper for the light and the stand not only for the light.

I’ve been a Godox user for years now, their flashes and triggers have never let me down. With lockdown in full swing I wanted to try a bit of portrait work and I’ve always liked the look you get with a ring light.Box turns up, it’s all well packed and presented. It took me less that 5 minutes to put it all together during which time my teenage daughters have spotted it and ear marked it for their make up videos on tik tok.Build quality is great, switches and dials all have a satisfying click to them and I haven’t noticed any flickering which you sometimes get with led lights. The mounts for mobile phones and cameras were very good, although I’m not sure how well it would handle a bit old beast like a d4 with a battery grip, but for everyone else it’s sturdy AF. For portraits and even a bit of macro work this light is amazing. It’s consistent, it’s light and portable and if you’re into video it doesn’t have flicker.Now, I mentioned my teenage daughters for a reason. They absolutely love this thing. I have one at college doing hair and make up and the other doing photography. Both of them got a fair amount of use out of it. The make up daughter used it as a light with her phone mounted in order to record a make up tutorial for her class work. Her teacher praised how professional it looked (lighting being the key) and my photography daughter has shot some portraits using it as a key light.All in all this was worth every penny and is a great buy!

Never used one of these before, thought they were a bit of gimmick to be honest, but how differently I feel about them now! What a great addition this has been to my photography projects, the even light is great for product photography when you can slow down your shutter speed and take more time and care over your shots. The way you can change the mood by altering the temperature is also impressive. its also a great addition to use with the strobes, its great to have on to use for focussing and seeing the composition in the back of the camera. The colour on the photographs is also very good. Its also been good to use behind diffusing material to light up the background, again, really effective when using longer shutter speeds.I'm not one for Selfies, but after watching a well known photographer take a 'Selfie' using one of these lights, I had to give it a go! it was so easy to set up using the attachment and the phone was really secure in the holder. For anyone that uses their phone to do blogs this is a great way of lighting yourself.I'm so pleased I was persuaded to give this a go.
