What does it mean by 80%? Why not 100%

I believe that 80% is the highest percentage that is safe to ship. 100% could catch fire or react negatively. Could be wrong but I use 80%

This is sodium chlorite. It has many safe and effective uses, but if you don't know what it is or how to handle it, my advice is to not mess with it until you read up on it and learn how to use it safely.

I need a disinfectant solution that is 200 ppm. How would I dilute this?

If you add this to about 1 part flakes to 4 parts hot water, it will dissolve. You would have to test it with some testing strips though to check the levels. If you need to dillute it more, just add more water and recheck. Once you dial in your solution, just keep a record of it so its quick and easy the next time.

can this be used to sanitize a water solfener

You should ask at a water store....Culligan or Kinetico. Sodium hypochloride (bleach) will ruin the resin beds. experience is the best teacher and I’ve had lots! You might be able to mix with a catalyst in an open container and the off gas should work. This is just supposition.
