I could smell it before I opened the bag. It smells wonderful, I use about a 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ( I do not measure, just a tiny bit on the end of a spoon) for a batch of yogurt (32-40oz) it gives it delicious real vanilla flavor. There willbe tiny flakes in whatever you use it in as it is actual ground beans, but I like it and its not gritty. This bag was reasonably prices for how much yogurt batches it will flavor. I have not used it any baked goods but I'm sure it would be amazing. This also is great for those avoiding alcohol.

Have never bought vanilla powder before. Was looking for a healthier option than vanilla extract with alcohol. Non alcoholic ones are pricey. This Stull us AWESOME. Smells so good. I 1st used it to make vanilla cupcakes & vanilla frosting. Came out really gooood. You could definitely taste that fresh vanilla. I used it for over night oats as well. Definitely will be using this for all my vanilla needs now. Great price too!

For many years when I had to scrape out a vanilla bean I could not stand the idea of wasting the deliciously fragrant pods … so I’d tuck them into my sugar jar, and add them to the milk I was scalding to use in recipes. But, even after using in the milk that way, I still hated that I had to toss them out so I’d give them to my compost pile. I kept thinking there’s got to be a better way to get the most out of these delicious pods. I knew I wasn’t the only one who felt this way and then happily discovered Ground Vanilla Bean Paste (GVBP) … and later still this ground vanilla bean powder. NOW, I can make my own GVB Paste, add the powder directly into my baked goods recipes … and who knows, I may even try to make a perfume with it! The product arrived in good time and undamaged. Although the ziplock style bag/pouch is small it delivered a great big, wonderful and deliciously intoxicating vanilla fragrance to my senses when I opened it. I’m super happy with this purchase and it was a good value for the money I spent!

I purchased this for my vanilla chai tea lattes. It sounded like a great spice to have around and add to my breakfast foods. The smell is really strong and pleasant. The flavor isn't very strong and has a mild vanilla taste. I may have to add extra vanilla flavoring and use this as a top garnish. I really want to try it in ice cream next. I do love that it has only one ingredient and seems pure but wish it was stronger.

I've grown so fond of vanila powder as compared to pure vanilla extract....the taste is night and day. I use this particular powder to make the most delicious vegan vanilla ice cream (4 peeled, frozen bananas and 1-2 tsp vanilla powder, in a high-powered blender. Tamp down into the blades, and enjoy!)

Trying to stay away from the typical alcohol in vanilla, I learned about this from a Carnivore cooking show. It works great! A little goes a looong way. This little bag will last me quite a while. I use it when making egg yolk waffles in my mini-waffle maker.
