Stupid packaging... better second time
Take Two:Having now received a replacement we are delighted with the product. It's got a good capacity and a jug that doesn't dribble!! But best of all is that it keeps the brewed coffee hot, when you go back for a second mug it's still piping hot and not just above tepid.Company should still re think their packaging for transit, but the unbroken product is fabulous.Take One:This was delivered without any additional packaging, so unsurprisingly the glass jug arrive very badly damaged rendering the product useless - incredibly disappointing.

Good product Good seller
Got this product delivery was abit of a hiccup but that wasn't the company's fault however very reassuring offering up a refund as soon as the issue occurred however I told them I would wait and the product is perfect always stays hot and filter is easy to clean.

Works well enough but i thought I was buying a Krupps which is a much better quality machine.Not sure this one will last that long

DO NOT PURCHASE if you want coffee for 12 months or more!
This purchase was our second, we liked the unit initially, alas the first coffee maker failed after 10 months! Heater unit fault, returned to manufacturere awaiting replacement, we needed a coffee maker so ordered another one, same company, same machine, the latest one lasted all of FIVE months I spoke to them on the phone asking about warranty - they didn't want to know, denied receiving the first unit, I had a return label off them for the second unit. Months later, STILL NO WARRANTY REPLACEMENT or Contact from them.

Coffee grounds
It is a decent coffee machine....but the filter is not very good. I always find coffee grounds

Really good
I have used the coffee machine for 2-3 weeks, and I'm really satisfied. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and the coffee is very tasty. I highly recommend it.

التأكد من ضغط الماء
مكينة تفي بالغرض ولكن توجد بها مشكلة وهي ضعف ضغط الماء فلا يصل للفلتر بشكل سليم
