These pills contain a really interesting extract with a lot of science behind it that I hadn't heard of before. The extract is called Senactiv and although it's marketed as an anti aging supplement it can help other stuff too like muscle pain, which I have, so I was curious to try it. This also has high quality quercetin in it and you can tell from the yellow color of what's in the caps. I love that the caps are 100% vegan and no fillers which is honestly harder and harder to find these days, a lot of capsules have rice flour or other junk binders.Since this is a 30 day supply the price was really reasonable. It was hard for me to personally tell if I got results but I may notice something now that I'm running out. Supplements like this are subtle and the science is behind them and helps you in ways you aren't aware of. In any case I was happy to try it and had no ill effects. Check this out if you suffer from muscle pain or other health problems!

I am very disappointed that the EXPIRATION DATE IS NEXT MONTH. I can't imagine this is normal potency since it's at the end of the expiration date. I ordered two bottles of this so I could give it a go for a bit and see if it works. I received it today, so I'll have to update the review later to say whether it was helpful, again, not super happy this expires next month.

One of my favorite things about this supplement is that it has over 30 certifications of its purity of all sorts of things. The bottle is safety-sealed and the capsules are easy to swallow. They seem effective and without any side effects.

I am reluctant to make supplement recommendations because we may never be able to really pin down what helps or hinders our biology. Senolytics show promise in more isolated lab studies. So far I appear to have no negative side effects from this one. But to say I am actually benefiting is honestly unknowable to me.
