When I click on the 90 capsule it says with iron but I need 90 capsule without iron is it the wrong picture on 90 capsule?

That one is with iron. Type in the multi vitamin without iron.

I do not think you can do automatic refill on Amazon for the Bariatric vitamins. It does have a link for that.

No I don't think so. I've been taking these for a long time and my blood work is great. No deficiencies.
