An excellent product
While not cheap, this shampoo is of excellent quality: good cleaning of hair and scalp, natural botanicals, and my hair looks and feels really clean and soft.

Product works great; company doesn’t ship properly
This is exactly what it looked like when I opened the box. 1/3 of the bottle is gone. This is an expensive shampoo and some of it is gone before we ever used it. So frustrating. They should send another one wrapped and sealed like the seller we had for the conditioner.
