Nice cut exactly like the picture

A gorgeous and very intricate design for a wide variety of greeting and wedding cards, scrapbook pages, journals, etc. This corner is large (5" x 3" 1/4) and cuts in only one direction (right side), therefore can only be replicated on opposite corners, not side by side. I wish the designer had created a left side as well, so that the two corners could be used to make a complete frame. As all designs that are very detailed, this one needs more pressure in the machine to cut properly, but it cuts perfectly. My only issue would be that the corner does not include an outside cutting edge, therefore remains stuck to the base cardstock (a design mistake I believe). This has to be considered when designing a project. A simple, but time-consuming, solution would be to cut with sharp embroidery scissors the small parts that prevent the corner from separating from the base. The flower die cut included in the set is lovely too; the open design of the petals allows for many variations between the outline and the underlying colors (example: outline of flowers in gold, over pink vellum or other colored paper). I gave it a 4-star rating just because the corner can't be removed from the base paper. Other than that, cards created with this die cut are real conversation pieces.

I make and sell greeting cards to benefit our local library, and I use these corner dies to decorate a variety of card types. Please see customer image for an A2 (5.5" x 4.25") Birthday card that I decorated with the small rectangles die (it is definitely my favorite).I cut these dies with my Spellbinders Grand Calibur machine and got a clean cut on 80 lb. card stock when using a metal shim. Please note that only the largest flower corner die cuts all the way around. The three flower dies also have embossing details.

I got this mainly for the corner die cuts. Wanted to use them to put in scrapbook for photos. The details in the flowers r only in the metal dies and not meant to cut into the paper. The details weren’t embossed or cut. Flowers looks like blank shapes. Disappointing It also doesn’t fully cut out, but I traced in pencil around the one side that didn’t cut and was able to cut with scissors. Trace that edge before u take the die off the paper and it can be cleanly cut. The pix they show in description shows truly how it looks, so be aware and make sure u know what you’re gettingHowever, the other bigger flower one is very intricate and came out beautifully. I didn’t think I could use that in my sizzix sidekick as it cuts 2-1/2” wide max, but I was able to arrange that angled on paper and cut it, and it was very impressive. So I won’t be returning the set. I will remember the seller and prob not purchase others just because I will assume details will be missing in other dies too.

Flower die cuts well. Corner die arrived bent, so it wouldn't completely/cleanly cut out even with shims and several pass-throughs. So disappointed since it's such a pretty die.

Where are the written reviews for the % 59 five stars?I found because of my lack of experience when looking at the dies, I didn't realize the details for the flowers were meant to make the die look pretty not the finished cut outs. They are just round circles when it cuts.. not even made to cut the petals! The only part that cut perfect, the squares. Yea.Check out my picture and look at the die compared to the paper.

Love these corner dies, I have so many ideas in my head on how I will use them!! Can not wait to get creative, I need TIME!!
