This "super heavy" is weaker than a regular rubber band. Just a simple lie.

I ordered this band not sure what the resistance would feel like compared to the one from PT. It's more resisy, which was fine, and I love the thickness of the band. I feel it will last much longer than the ones I was given. The length makes it versatile.

light duty therabands
not for muscle buuilding at all, they stretch too easily, even when doubled. handy for light workouts, seem durable and they are very LIGHT, and easy to chuck in a suitcase or even a purse, to take them with you.

Great Exercise Bands
I have been using Therabands for over 10 years now and I bought this one for a backup when mine finally breaks! I cut it in half and use one part for chest expansion exercises and the other for shoulder exercises with door-mounted equipment. It appears to be of the same great quality as previous ones. The shipping was fast and everything handled well. I recommend this product and seller. :)
