I have a small camper van this is a very efficient, clean way to get perfect coffee.Lavazza coffee is excellent, coffee grounds easy to dispose - no mess.Make sure the new pod is lined up correctly, press metal bar down firmly so that the pod is pierced both sides, when opened move the bar as far back as possible(then it won't leak !!)make sure the pod dropsSadly it doesn't bounce, so my old trusty machine needed replacing.There was no contest, even though there were many more options.Lavazza coffee capsules are excellent.

Quick and efficient little espresso machine, which was well worth the money during the Black Friday discount period.There’s a good selection of Lavazza coffee pods for the machine - though it has to be said that they’re not well stocked in many of the supermarkets, so easier to order online than fruitlessly hunt around.Little tip - raise the chrome handle after your espresso is dispensed to release the used pod into the hopper below. If you leave a pod clamped in there and it cools you’ll need to prod a finger in to release it otherwise.Worth noting that when bought this model did not come with the selection of free sample coffee pods as Lavazza were in the process of switching over to their new compostable eco pods - so if you don’t have the samples included be sure to look in the box for the flyer which tells you how to claim them BEFORE throwing the box out (I may or may not be talking from experience).

When this machine decides to work, it makes a very nice cup of coffee. Gone through so many more pods though when coffee gets dispensed inside the machine instead of into cup.

Nice looking machine and the coffee it makes is great. However it does leak a lot so don’t stand it on anything valuable like a wooden work surface!Also programming the coffee volume is a very tricky process - the instructions given are rubbish so set aside an hour or so for this by experimentation.Nowhere near as good a machine as the old Nespresso it replaced but nicer coffee when you eventually get it.

This was purchased to replace a previous coffee machine which had broken down. Having looked around and decided on the Lavazza Jolie Plus I am very pleased. The machine is easy to set up, compact and the coffee pods can be purchased at the supermarket, a bonus. I would just say that the coffee is of a higher quality, so if you're used to a mellow coffee be prepared for it to be much stronger.

Had the smaller mini version before. Think the Lavazza pods are best of those available so decided to upgrade. This is well worth the extra money. Real premium solid feel. Mechanism better than the mini and makes great coffee.

I've had two of these machines now, after Lavazza replaced the first one. Both machines exhibit the same issue - after about a month of working flawlessly, they begin failing to pierce the back of the coffee pod, meaning that the water injected into it just backwashes into the small water catcher which rapidly overflows and then leaks all over the table.I like the coffee, but the lack of reliability means that I will be chucking mine in the skip and buying another brand... once I've used up all the coffee pods.

Great Coffee Machine.. only draw back is the size of the bin for dead cartons
