I slept like a baby for the first time this year. I have cancer and had major surgery now on chemo, so I find sleeping very difficult because of the pain and stress. A friend of mine suggested I use this so I first checked if it was ok to use alongside my chemo meds and it was. So I used it for the first time and slept through the night, not waking up once, brilliant. There is no greasiness, or stickiness. Once I applied it, I wore socks as I didn’t want to stain my sheets, but once it dried, I removed the socks. No skin irritation yet. So all in all, very very good product.

Haven't noticed any benefits as yet.Definitely hasn't helped with sleep.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Product was recommended to me. So far very effective. I spray it on the top of my feet and it does relieve some of the pain

It's helping me sleep BUT it's making the skin under my feet peel. Ive been applying it before bed under my feet for just under 2 weeks as advised by a health specialist. My feet look like I've applied an actual peel to them.

I have found that this appears to be really effective for ankle and foot pains. The spray goes on like water. feels like oil but isn't and then dries like you have just walked through the sea. Spray onto the soles of your feet outside and put them up for a few minutes to allow them to dry. Appears to works well for me and I think I believe the science behind it.

I did notice a noticeable difference when training for a half marathon using this post run. It did help with DOMS alot and is easy to use - Only downside it doesnt get a 5* is that the spray becomes quite difficult to use once the bottle gets to about half full/empty and can often take alot of attempts and messing around to get the spray to actually eject from the bottle.However the product itself does make a big difference DOMS wise.

Bought for elderly mother, who suffered cramping in her legs in bed at night! This spray has worked wonders! She no longer suffers from the cramps! The lotion is easy to apply and rub in. She applies half an hour before bed to allow absorption. On a side note, she has suffered with fluid retention in one of her legs for years, several medications have been fruitless! A month of using this spray and the fluid retention has disappeared 🤷
