It is really hard to tell whether any supplement works since there are so many other factors that could matter. I had a very serious knee problem 25 years ago. I began taking Glucosamine/Chondroitin and physical therapy. About eight months later I was back to normal. I have continued to take the supplement and to exercise ever since, and the knee problems have been much less frequent and severe. But who knows how much the supplement helped me? No way to know, so you have to turn to scientific studies, while those now seem to be less enthusiastic than they were in the past, I will continue taking it. I rely on Consumerlab.com, and I choose a brand from the list they provide. Of course that list includes Finest Nutrition.
