If you don't know already, avocado oil is one of the most heat tolerate oils. As I recall, its burning degree is 350c which is so high compared to other oils. It doesn't have a strong taste, so great for cooking and healthier.For this product, I like it, the spary in general is always better to consume less oil. And is good value of money and good quality.

Easy to spray on bbq grills

Very good oil but it is not 200 ml inside, maximum 170 ml . I checked the weight when it full and then empty bottle , also it take just 4 time to cook even I not pour to much , defenetly less then 50 ml for each cooking
