Hello! Do you actually get the device that you turn that crimps the paper?

Yes you do. You run your paper thru it and it crimps the paper very easily. It’s really cool so I bought another style too.

My crimper doesn’t turn

If it is new the instructions are on the handle but it not you may have to open the handle part. Also you may have to turn it a couple of times back and forth

Does this product just crimp paper or does it seal the paper of i wanted yo make personalized chip bag

It’s just a paper crimped. It doesn’t seal anything.

Will it cramp lightweight paper like magazine pages?

Sure. It works better than other brands on the market. Magazine page weight may not support the folds as much as heavier weight paper though
