Why is there now a 3 tube limit for orders? I use 4 per month so I’ve always ordered 4 per order.

I’m guessing because of COVID-19 they don’t want to run out for other people that might use it

Does this dry or does it stay on the skin like Vaseline?

It's dry,good for oozing surface such as diaper dermatitis,perianal eczema,,,,,, totally different from Vaseline(oilly).
