Very nice and low in calories!
These exceeded expectations. They’ve got a nice, soft texture and I can see them working in a lot of meals. I tried them on tiger rolls with salad, red onion and vegan cheese. I will use them sliced in a lieu of falafel in a salad next time.

My son loves them. He really doesn’t like ‘nasty food’ he wants it to taste like it should.The only complaint is how expensive they are but I guess until other companies stop filling products with unnecessary ingredients to make their products cheaper, these will be a bit more expensive. Love this brand. Not the price.
