Not very bright

I loved theses until they were in rain for a couple of hours so the large one quit working. I’m so disappointed because these were great until a little rain.After a week the candle started working again and they’ve been going strong since, I’m very happy because I love these!

Smaller in circumference than expected. Overall nice product.

The candles were smaller in diameter than I thought, but they worked alright.

The product works beautifully and the candle light flickers, replicating a real candle … but one is dark. It’s a hassle to return them but I do like them as the ambiance is warm and safe. The remote is great and the timer is convenient.

I purchased this candle set three times! I loved the first set so much, I had to buy a set for my mom. I've enjoyed my three so much over the winter and into summer I thought it would be fun to add a few more to my gardenscape. These are totally waterproof, easy to clean, and the timer works well. The batteries last a long time. My only disappointment is with this last purchase. The candles are a really dark ivory (yellowy gold) and when lit they look really orange - not very natural and very different from the first two sets. The first sets are much more natural looking. Haven't decided if I'll return or not and not sure whether ordering another set would produce the whiter candles.

Overall, I really like these candles. I bought them to use outdoors in lanterns. I didn't want to have to worry about moving them undercover if it should rain. The timer works great and I like the soft flickering effect. There is no wax on them to melt (I live in the desert southwest) and the upper edges of the candles have gentle curves/dips to look like a real candle that has burned. The batteries last much longer than I expected. I gave them four stars because I discovered after leaving them out after a hard rain, some water did get into the bottom of a few of the candles ultimately rusting and causing the candle to quick working. Now if I expect a heavy rain, I move the candles under cover but they do fine if it is just a light rain/sprinkle.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting a great deal, but we have had these 'candles' for 6 months, coming on for 6hrs every night....~1080 hrs and only one 'candle' needed battery replacement, several days ago...others still illuminating as advertised. We live in So. Calif and have them in our gazebo...admittedly, not the inclement weather other parts of the country may experience. However, we did receive more rain than usual this past season [winter] and one of the candles, which is on a railing, filled with water in the area where the 'flame' is situated. Fairly certain it had been that way for a week. I emptied it, wiped it, inspected the interior and the light was on that evening as I suspect it had done during the rain...no leakage at all. The 'flame' flickers, there is no wax to melt in the heat and they've lasted 6months [minimum] with 1st set of [AA] batteries. Really delighted with them....to the degree of planning to order 2-3 more sets to put along pathway to the gazebo, where solar LED garden lights...which are fine for about an hour, then fade...aren't lasting as I'd hoped. These should since they've been so reliable in the gazebo.
