First of all, I haven't even sat in the chair yet. I'm too infuriated at the DAMN SCREW HOLES!!!!!! Why the hell would you go through the trouble including the FANCY screw driver when in the end it doesnt matter. Yeah it is cheaper than the other premium options, BUT 269 dollars is 269 dollars. I would love to box chair back up and return it, but I put most if it together. Also the bottom legs were dirty when I pulled it out of the box. So much effort was put into making this chair to APPEAR of high quality. Yet some how quality was left out at the most important part of the entire chair. HOW CAN YOU ENJOY THE CHAIR IF YOU CANT FINISH PUTTING IT TOGETHER!!! I ended up stripping a couple of the screws for the plastic covers for the hinges. I left the final screw out. I don't care at this point. DON'T BUY THIS CHAIR! There might or might not be some legitimacy to the 5 star reviews. Maybe they won the quality lottery. Apparently I lost. Mind you I have a long history of putting things together from cheap to expensive funiture. This BY FAR this was the most ANNOYING item to put together.

TL:DR Chair was very very hard to put together, even missing a screw hole, chair hydraulic lift broke in 6 month (randomly drops all the way down), screws keep coming out and back of chair falls offI've had this chair 2 years now. It was the biggest pain to set up. The holes were not the right length or girth. One hole on the side was completely missing. Still, i kept it. The first thing that broke was the hydraulic lift on the chair. I'm not a fat guy, I'm around 200 lbs, but the chair WILL NOT STAY UP. This happened after about 6 month. Now after another year of dealing with the chair the screws on the side keep falling out. This caused the back to completely give out on me once.

I bought this chair for myself after 2 decades of office/executive chairs that didn't quite do the job of supporting me while playing games or working at my home office. I was not expecting much since it looks very different from any chair I've ever sat in before but I decided to give it a whirl. The fit is amazing and the support is perfect for the way I play games at my PC. My back is very supported even though I'm prone to sitting back a bit. The sides cushion me comfortably and the adjustability of the chair is perfect.If you are getting older and having possible back issues and still want to play games, trust me, this is a great type of chair.

This chair was good for the first month or two but then started falling apart. the pedal lift the chair up doesn't work well either. never getting a gaming chair again, going straight back to office chairs.

I was looking for a chair that would support up to 350lbs and be comfortable for long periods of time. I chose wrong, should have just gone for an ergo chair that supported my weight. 2 months in and I already can feel the lift cylinder giving way. the cushioning feels thin and like cardboard. Not impressed, disappointed, should have just looked into spending a bit more for an AKRacing....

WORST purchase I have EVER made! LOWEST quality chair. It deserves NO STARS but I had to give it one in order to write a review. *buyer beware
