The first day there was a 30% reduction in hives, the next day a 50% reduction until 2 weeks later I finally went down to only one benedryl a day and 2 weeks later I was off the benedryl and off the aloe vera juice.It tastes like paper to me but I did 2 ounces on an empty stomach twice a day. There was one time the bottle came opened in shipping but if you can't get to gnc to buy this then this is the best brand aloe vera juice on amazon.

I was always see aloe juice and was unsure of how it would taste or its thickness. This is like water. I add it to my smoothies or juice. There is not a smell or taste when it is mixed. I use it in my ice cubes for the added benefit. I usually get ulcers and this was one way to calm down my ulcers and not have to take all the medicine that they prescribe to deal with an ulcer that does not always work. Aloe juice calmed down the pain almost instantly.

I thought this would help with chronic constipate.. it did nothing. No laxative effect and no ease in going. I even chugged 8oz at once to no avail. I didn't care for the taste either. It wasn't pleasant. I stopped buying it. I won't put hase again. That's not to say it won't help others, but it did nothing done me.

The product is great, but I forgot to check the amount of ounces. I could have bought this product for half the price elsewhere.
