Love to drink this during work outs. For me I notice a huge difference in overall muscle density and recovery time when using this with my ALLMAX protein powder. It also does not have negative digestion issues with me at all - I normally have a very sensitive system but ALLMAX never bothers my system. Swear to God I am not paid for this or receive free products. I just like the brand and the clean, effective products they produce.

Excellent BCAA product. Has greater amount of amino acids (8g) per serving than most brands (5g on average). Fruit Punch tastes great compared to many though it has a strong artificial taste. Most products add greater amounts of artificial flavoring to amino acids due to the bitter taste that amino acids have by nature. This is why a quality hydrolyzed whey product has a bitter taste to it compared to whey products that mix different lower cost whey proteins with hydrolyzed whey and advertise that it has hydrolyzed whey in it. Furthermore, those products don't label the amount of hydrolyzed whey in their products but label the total amount of protein under their "proprietary mix". I use this during my training and it sustains me even after being in a fasted state all day. Though, I recommend doubling or 3x the recommended dosage to get the benefits when in a fasted state and/or to sustain an intense/ long duration training session.

This is significantly cheaper than my local supplement store sells it for. I hadn’t tried the fruit punch previously, but it tastes great! I’ve been using this company’s BCAAs for over two years and am incredibly pleased with how well they work to reduce soreness, fatigue, and quicken recovery.

I love the flavors. The 111 servings will last you for a bit which I love. This is my go to BCAAs.
