I really have no complaints. I am 1 of those ppl who gets side affects so I "low-dose" to make sure supplements agree w/me. Well I ran out of multi vitamins so I began to take the recommended dose of Sea Moss. I immediately noticed a clean (not jittery) energy.Within days I noticed my skin toning causing a slimming affect. I completed the bottle and reduced dosage (slightly) once the Sea Moss was in my system & I was back on the Multivitamins.

Too early to experience results. But so far. No side effects

I've been taking two gummies daily and like their taste without them being overly sweet. I’ve made sea moss gel a couple of times, and it’s a process…not super hard, but it takes some time, the blender, and (for me, last time) a learning curve about the finished gel expanding inside of a glass container if you freeze it (I made two jars and you only use a tablespoon or two at a time).So back to the gummies—they’re just easy. I like that I'm getting a boost in my vitamins and it gets me in healthy frame of mind to start my day.Update 10/1/22: I stand by what I said in my original review. I was also supposed to receive free bottles in return, of which I never did.2/7/2023: Holding pattern of 10/1/22…does it cause me to skim past their other products? It does. They never reached out, never said at least, hey sorry, we messed up but thanx for the review….hmm. Feels scammy, and I don’t want to think that of them, but that's what that communicates - "bait and switch."The sea moss gels were convenient and tasty, but I'll just make the gel and trust the product and maker (me). Recipes and how-to videos abound; just don’t freeze in a glass jar! Bye, Double Wood.3/28/23: Hello…guess what was in my mailbox, with the printout, 7/20/22…yep, my two free bottles! Of course, once I overcame my shock, I pried off the lid and chomped down 2 gummies. Fresh! Tasty as ever! I’m dumbfounded, humbled and pleased that Double Wood made good on their promise. I don't think I have taken it long enough. It's suppose to help with inflammation and all. I still have that in my legs and ankles. I'm going to finish the bottle and then we'll see.

My finger nails are hard and strong. I have much more energy.
