Very good washing machine
I've been using it for 3 months now. It's very good and has plenty of washing programs. It is very quiet and stable. Most important is make sure to remove the transportation bolts during installation if you're installing it yourself, otherwise the Amazon-assigned installers knew what they were doing and did a fabulous job. Recommended!

I don’t recommend this one
After two months started having issues with the door lock and stopped working… I called the service center to send the technician to fix it and keep on postponing to get the spare parts , very bad service.

No noise no shakes

Remove travel bolts if this is installed by yourself
t was really noisy and jumby like my washing machine was possessed. But I think that is because of the travel bolts. Later only I found out that I have to remove it . If this is installed by yourself please remember about the travelling bolts. Good machine.

It is jumping like monkeyFloor can breakBut now I got the problem and changing my statement now m giving 5 starwhen you install your machine by your own please beaware, remove back side 4 screws

Smells after use
Have been using it for a year. It works fine but sometimes I have to spin the clothes again as they are still full of water. Also it smells even if the door is left fully open after use. A lot of residue build up and musty smell from the rubber part. Have to keep cleaning after every wash.

Awesome Washing Machine
Had a Panasonic washing machine for the past 8 years. And when the time came to replace, another Panasonic was the obvious choice. The laundry comes our super clean. The machine is very silent. The water consumption is also minimized. Extremely satisfied with the machine.
